Comments:
1)
Method of measurement – direct comparison method – Calibration procedure for Network Parameters Meters PW-01 / Calibration procedure for Calibrators PW-02.
2)
The Maintenance includes a functionality check, and minor small repairs if required.
3)
The Calmet Certificate is issued free of charge if a new device is purchased without a certificate with accreditation.
4)
The inclusion of information in the calibration certificate about compliance with the requirements of the instrument specification. The statement of compliance with the requirements is made on the basis of the guidelines contained in the document ILAC-G8:09/2019 "Guidelines on Decision Rules and Statements of Conformity" based on non-binary acceptance with a guard band w = U.

Applies only to Calmet equipment.
6)
At the request of the customer. If the errors of the device are below 70% of its accuracy class,
no adjustment will be performed and its costs will not be added.
If the option ‘Adjustment before calibration’ is not selected, only calibration will be performed,
which may result in exceeding the accuracy class of the instrument.
